This past Friday November 11, 2011, we had an amazing workshop "Healing with Expressive Arts" facilitated by   Norma Araiza . We had such a FUN evening, doing a bit of different modalities, meditation, visualization, collage and some energy exploration. Norma was able to bring out the little child within us and guided us through a creative journey were we also projected our healing intentions through imagery and some manifesting tips.  Norma Araiza is explaining about what Expressive Arts Therapy is all about and how we can integrate it in our own personal healing journey.
